Condition Impossible
Pursuing the condition of equilibrium is an imperative idea and manifestation of unrealizable desire. The idea of making horizontal line onto sphere is presentationally contradictory and ultimately unreachable expectation. Nonetheless, horizontal line of present is constantly reproduced by physical modification.

People long for equilibrium of mine as well. We turn to religion and give the surmount impossibility to god or make efforts to reach to ultimate end through self-tormenting exercise such as meditation, yoga and penance. In extreme cases, people disturb the clouding and disorder of mind by taking alcohol or drug that works as same amount of disturbance. And this is paradoxical self-revelation that represents our fear about disabled state of controlling balance.

I make these days are tools that measure or disturb equilibrium. Basically I am not a professional manufacturer who produce such precise measuring tools but a creator of ‘subliminal’ artistic objects, those tools are little inarticulate, whimsy and illogical somehow. However because those have such conditions, the stuffs maintain humane condition. And when the tools as works of art reflect humane condition adaptively, it enables us to accept such artificial imperfection soundly.
