In the flood of information drowning the modern world, media is unconsciously consumed. Even the scenery of towns is turned into objects of consumption, and by idealizing even nature, people believe in its richness. Instead of causing the loss of the "aura" of media, Sugihara aims for a return to the "abundance of appearance" as a singularity through the "convergence of aura". In this, Sugihara explores finding a new reality of the modern age.
